Warranty replacements for water meters in September–October 2026

Turun Vesihuolto Oy, together with Koka Oy, the importer of the remotely read water meters, has observed weak signal strength or premature battery depletion in a specific water meter model (B-Meters, Hydrodigit). An additional antenna to improve signal strength will be installed under warranty on these water meters, or the meter will be completely replaced with a new one. The warranty work will not result in any costs for customers. The affected customers will be sent a separate letter.

The warranty work will be carried out by VMH Kalibro Oy, who will contact the customers by letter during August. The letter will include instructions on how to book an appointment for the work.

The warranty work will be carried out during September–October 2026. VMH Kalibro Oy’s water meter installer will carry a photo ID, and the service vehicle will display the Kalibro logo on its side.
