Price list
The Board of Directors of Turun Vesihuolto Oy has decided on the new VAT-free prices for domestic water and waste water usage fees and basic fees. All prices are subject to the applicable value added tax. In addition, the Board of Turun Vesihuolto Oy decided to make a change to the basic fee categories. The changes will enter into force on 1 January 2025.

How much does a liter of tap water cost?
Domestic water and wastewater usage fees are priced on a cubic basis. If you calculate the price in liters instead of cubes, the price of domestic water alone is €0.00188 per liter. One hundred liters of water therefore costs approx. 19 cents.
The delivery of wastewater to the treatment plant and the cleaning itself costs €0.00177 per liter. If these are added together, the total price of one liter is €0.00365. One hundred liters of tap water, delivered to your home and purified back into the natural cycle, therefore costs approx. 37 cents.
