The board of Turku Vesihuolto Oy has decided on waste water basic fees, service prices and joining fees. The new prices will come into effect on January 1, 2024. If you are looking for information on water billing, click on our Invoicing page.

In addition, we collect a basic fee for both water and wastewater.
How much does a liter of tap water cost?
Domestic water and wastewater usage fees are priced on a cubic basis. If you calculate the price in liters instead of cubes, the price of domestic water alone is €0.00186 per liter. One hundred liters of water therefore costs approx. 19 cents.
The delivery of wastewater to the treatment plant and the cleaning itself costs €0.00175 per liter. If these are added together, the total price of one liter is €0.00361. One hundred liters of tap water, delivered to your home and purified back into the natural cycle, therefore costs approx. 36 cents.
